Bishop's Sunday & Special Services Itinerary: January – April 2026
The ACK Diocese of Kitale announces Bishop Dr. Emmanuel Chemengich's parish visitation schedule for the first quarter of 2026, covering 17 parishes and special liturgical services including Ash Wednesday, Palm Sunday, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday.
The ACK Diocese of Kitale is pleased to announce the Bishop's Sunday & Special Services Itinerary for the period of January to April 2026. Bishop Dr. Emmanuel Chemengich will be visiting parishes across the diocese, presiding over Sunday worship services and special liturgical observances.

Guidelines for Effective Planning of Bishop's Visits to Parishes
- The Bishop would like to visit all local churches and sponsored schools/institutions in the parish on the Friday or Saturday preceding the scheduled Sunday visit for familiarization and pastoral tours. Vicars MUST consult with the Bishop's office and together agree on date(s) for these visits before announcing to Christians and respective stakeholders.
- In consultation with the Bishop, the Vicar may plan for leadership workshops or seminars for PCC/LCC members on a weekday or Saturday preceding the scheduled Sunday visit to the Parish.
- The Vicars of parishes to be visited should inform the Bishop's office in writing regarding the proposed itinerary (Friday and Saturday visits or workshops) and details of Sunday services no less than two weeks before the set date of visitation.
